At Clock Repair Haus, every clock and watch that comes through my door receives my personal attention and care. After more than 36 years in the business, that commitment to quality has never changed.

As of August 2026, I’ve serviced nearly 500 clocks, and counting! I’m incredibly grateful for the trust my customers continue to place in me and for the opportunity to care for so many treasured timepieces.

With that growth, I’m currently experiencing a very full workload and am overextended with repairs. Rather than rush through a job or sacrifice the quality of my work, I need to temporarily slow down on accepting and discussing new repairs.

I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Quality work takes time, and I want to make sure that when I take on your timepiece, I can give it the attention and care it deserves.

Every repair is handled personally by me, the sole craftsman behind Clock Repair Haus. With over 40 years of experience, I take great pride in providing detailed, hands-on care to each timepiece that comes through my door.

Do you outsource any repairs?

No. All work is done in-house by me—from diagnosis to final polishing. As a one-man shop, I believe in maintaining full control over the quality and precision of every repair.

Can I speak directly with the person doing the repair?

Yes, you’ll always speak directly with me. Whether you have a quick question or need a detailed update, you're never passed around or put on hold—just honest, one-on-one communication.

Does being a one-man shop affect turnaround time?

Turnaround times may be slightly longer during busy seasons, but I never rush repairs. Quality and attention to detail take priority to ensure your timepiece is restored with the care it deserves.

Do you offer battery changes and band resizing?

Yes! I provide battery replacements for most watches, with pricing ranging from $15.85 to $30, depending on the watch type. I also offer band resizing—pricing varies based on the complexity of the project. As always, you’ll receive honest, upfront pricing and careful, professional work done by me personally.
